I am a post-doctoral fellow in the Wharton Risk Management and Decision Processes Center at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

As a behavioral economist, my research aims to clarify how people make consequential decisions and how organizations and policymakers can design incentives and choice environments that reflect this understanding. My current work focuses on financial and labor market decisions using a mix of large-scale field experiments, lab experiments, and analysis of administrative data.
